MemoryTime is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
MemoryTime does not collect:
All app data — your decks, flashcards, study history, streak, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
MemoryTime's AI deck generation feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. All AI processing happens entirely on your device. The text you paste into the app is never sent to any server — not to Apple, not to us, not to anyone.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, store, or handle your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy .
If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in the iOS Settings app.
MemoryTime does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no third-party services that receive any data from the app.
MemoryTime does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date at the top. Changes will only ever reflect new Apple platform features — the core commitment (no data collection) will not change.
